Maintenance

The maintenance number, 816-274-8484, is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CABLE TV/MUSIC CHOICE/PHONE

  • Contact Time Warner Cable's Commercial Services division at 816-743-2477. 
  • Southwestern Bell is the local carrier for all buildings.

HVAC

  • No tenant charge for HVAC adjustments.
  • Tenants may request HVAC beyond regular office hours. Extra hours will be billed to the tenant. Direct requests to 816-274-8484.

JANITORIAL

  • All service requests should be directed to 816-274-8484. 
  • Tenant suites and common areas are cleaned in the evenings, Monday through Friday. 
  • Office buildings are staffed with at least one day matron for assistance with spill cleanup and daytime trash removal. 
  • Other day matron service inquires should be directed to the janitorial project manager at 816-545-2155.

LIGHTING

  • Bulb replacements and ballasts are available from K/H.

MOVE PROCEDURES

  • Please contact the Property Manager at 816-274-8494 to coordinate lengthy moves or large equipment moves. Dates, times, insurance certificates, protective floor covering and freight elevator use must be discussed. (No moving allowed through the building lobby.)

RECYCLING

  • Collection containers provided at no cost to tenants.
  • The following items can be included: brochures, catalogs, copy paper, all envelopes, flip chart paper, letter pad paper, letterhead, magazines, manila folders, newspaper, notebook paper, phonebooks, postcards, soft-covered book and manuals with glued bindings.

TENANT DOOR SIGNS/DIRECTORY STRIPS

  • Standard suite sign and a limited number of directory strips are initially provided by K/H. A letter or e-mail with preferences should be provided to K/H. 
  • No other signage permitted without K/H approval.
