The story of Kansas City barbecue in one brand new book. We’re hosting a book launch party for Museum of BBQ founder Jonathan Bender.
The Little Book of KC BBQ, his new book is out in March, and it’s the perfect gift for barbecue lovers, KC natives, and foodies. Learn about the history and culture of the cuisine that put Kansas City on the map. Discover the right drink to pair with your next barbecue meal and then try your hand at smoking and grilling with recipes from Arthur Bryant’s, Q39, Jack Stack, Slap’s, and chef Colby Garrelts.
Jonathan will be at the Museum of BBQ from 10 a.m to 6 p.m. to sign books and talk barbecue. To celebrate, we’ll also be sampling barbecue sauce and toasting with some fun barbecue bites.
