2600 Grand
One-of-a-Kind
A building of grace and authority, 2600 Grand at Crown Center was designed by the internationally renowned Pei Cobb Freed & Partners — the firm that created such landmarks as the National Gallery of Art East Building in Washington, the John F. Kennedy Library in Boston and the expansion of the Louvre in Paris.
The building features a full granite exterior and a three-story-high lobby. It overlooks a beautiful two-and-a-half acre park, the setting for a remarkable stainless steel work of art by acclaimed sculptor, Kenneth Snelson.
Magnificent Views
Regardless of the direction your ultra-wide windows face, the views are remarkable: National WWI Museum and Memorial, the Kansas City skyline, Union Station and the Federal Reserve Bank complex.
Convenient Access
A roof-covered walkway provides access to the shops, restaurants and hotels.
Lobby Receptionist
The building lobby is staffed Monday – Friday by a friendly receptionist.
Large Floor Plates
Approximately 22,500 square-foot floor plates provide the opportunity for efficient office space layout for large users.
Dedicated Parking in an Attached Garage
The six-story parking structure contains more than 700 covered, secure parking spaces and is connected to the building via a fully finished entry vestibule with stairwell and elevator access. The garage is patrolled by Crown Center's highly skilled and professional security team and monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by a state of the art, closed-circuit video system.
